This architectural restoration concept is for an existing building on a prominent street corner in Chicago. The new intended use is retail at ground level and commercial or office use for level 02. The concept holds the main frame of the existing body, preserving brick, cornice & quoin stone work while creating large window openings at street level to promote transparency & patron invitation.
