This 30,000SF facility was a collaboration between the City of Chicago, Chicago Park District and the Jesse White Foundation. The building features a basketball court & gymnasium, fitness space, and community rooms. The building exhibits an integrated-systems design approach to maximize material & construction efficiencies.
