The Edens Collection is a retail development scheduled to host national and local tenants. The design concept allows versatility and low cost flexibility for tenant expansion. A clean, simple palette is proposed to provide a sense of timelessness; Tapered composite metal canopies wrap the soaring facades providing a sense of containment. A subtle shimmering facade panel plays host to tenant signage, adding interest but not distracting from brand identities.
