This exercise investigated modular, pre-fabricated house assembly utilizing precast concrete and mass production techniques. In theory, living units would be interchangeable to allow user customization and permit variability among developed townscapes. Production & fabrication factories would be developed on or near site locations to minimize delivery and transportation costs, and provide jobs for newly developing towns.
