This renovation featured a complete makeover to the interiors and exterior facade. The existing massing was used to inform a refreshed composition with a modern material palette. Sustainable compressed rice grain planks (Resysta) were contrasted against a deep charcoal corrugated metal panel (Berridge). The user experience is augmented by a new ceiling and architecturally arranged linear LED light fixtures.
