Year: 2020

A mixed use office and retail development proposal for Palm Coast's Town Center. The design is inspired by modularity and uniformity, while displaying a sense of rhythm and composition. The two-level development is enveloped in a tropical aesthetic with wood sunshades bridging between the massing.
